Evan brings over a decade of experience in multifamily and mixed use development to ELDA Developments. He is the firm’s development and finance lead, responsible for deal structuring, underwriting, and economic decision making from site acquisition through stabilization.

Marco’s professional life in real estate development has ranged from Guadalajara, Mexico, to San Diego’s active construction industry. His early years at IMOVIS Desarrollos Inmobiliarios saw him scale the ladder from Project Engineering Intern to Project Manager, where he gained invaluable experience on cross-cultural construction methods and project delivery techniques. This international exposure continues to motivate his work to this day, as he effortlessly and commendably moves through diverse teams and environments.

Through more than 25 years of experience, Shannyn Henkel has built a reputation on the foundation of accuracy, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence in real estate development. As Pre-Construction Manager at Elda Developments, Shannyn’s vast knowledge of every stage of the process, from early due diligence to post-construction success, ensures that each project fulfills Elda’s pledge to quality and integrity.
Her San Diego real estate development expertise is derived from decades of navigating the intricate layers of entitlement processing, city compliance, and regulatory approval. Having played a leading role in the entitlement and approval of more than 28,000 residential units within nearly 100 communities and 40 jurisdictions, Shannyn’s experience is both broad and highly specialized. Her ability to simplify processes has aided everything from municipal fee studies and tax analysis to permit coordination so that Elda’s projects move forward seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of accountability.
– Architect & Construction Manager
Bridging creativity and construction, Simon Talago brings to Elda Developments a rare expertise that’s not commonly encountered, precision as an architect and pragmatism of a builder. With over five years of experience as an architect and two years of actual building construction management, Simon possesses the ideal blend of art and action that defines Elda’s San Diego real estate development approach.
His structures include residential, multifamily, and mixed-use buildings in California, Washington, and Idaho, all manifestations of his expertise in transforming conceptual drawings into functional, enduring spaces. With strong expertise in code conformance, consultant interfacing, and design development, Simon ensures that every plan is fully compatible with both artistic intent and regulatory rigor.

Elham leads property management and tenant operations for ELDA Developments. She oversees leasing coordination, resident communication, and day to day asset operations across the portfolio, supporting efficient management and a consistent ownership driven approach.

One of the earliest members of the team, Isela has grown up with the company, playing a key role in assisting its functions and ensuring each project goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
Her journey with Elda is one of parallel to the history of the company, one built on commitment, collaboration, and the belief that the details make all the difference in achieving excellence. Healthcare administration trained Isela to hone her attention to detail and efficiency over the years as Lead Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Manager at Eldahmy Wellness Pharmacy. Those experiences developed her ability to manage complex workflow and support dynamic team skills which today maintain Elda’s San Diego real estate development projects moving along with clarity and care.
